1. The Full Record Display in the Reports Catalog, accessible over the web, indicates whether printed copies are available for a specfic report.

• The Berkeley Lab Library can lend the report to another library through an InterLibrary Loan procedure. Please check with your local library about initiating such a request.
• Copies are available for purchase from the National Technical Information Service (NTIS) order department (http://www.ntis.gov/help/ordermethods.aspx).
  The URL shown above contains the address for NTIS and various NTIS telephone numbers.
  

  Customers outside the United States may find it more convenient to order from one of the NTIS International Cooperating Organizations (http://www.ntis.gov/cooperat.htm).

2. If the document is listed as not having a Printed copy available:

• The paper has probably been published in the open literature, i.e., journal article, conference proceedings. Your local library should be able to help you locate the article.
