1. The Full Record Display in the Reports Catalog, accessible over the web, indicates whether printed copies are available for a specific report. If the document is listed as having a Printed copy available:

• The Library has a circulation copy available. Please call x5621 or send email to library@lbl.gov.
• If you want your own copy, check with either the author or the administrator of the division in which the publication was published to determine if there are extra copies available.

2. If the document is listed as not having a Printed copy available:

• The paper has probably been published in the open literature, i.e., journal article, conference proceedings.
• Check the MELVYL system databases (http://www-library.lbl.gov/teid/tmLib/databases/LibArticleIndexes.htm), e.g., INSPEC, MEDLINE, BIOSIS, to get correct bibliographic information if it's not already in the record.
• Check the Berkeley Lab Library journal holdings list (http://www-library.lbl.gov/teid/tmLib/journals/LibJourLinks.htm) to determine if the Library has the journal in which the article was published.
• Use the Library's Web-based InterLibrary Loan form (http://www-library.lbl.gov/teid/tmLib/forms/LibForms.htm) to request a copy of the article.
